Do not waste your time or money

Terrible customer service. They showed no compassion or empathy whatsoever when I had my RTC. The call waiting times are dreadful and they were very slow to settle claims. I have been without a car for two months waiting for them to sort it out. They also don’t have a complaints department so I have been reduced to leaving bad reviews everywhere because they have not responded to my complaints and tried to resolve the issue.
