Could not have asked for more from an insurance company.

I always say that you don't know how good an insurance company is until you make a claim. Well I found out just how good The Insurance Emporium is when I had to make a claim recently. I was actually taken aback by the speed with which they dealt with my claim even in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. They emailed me as soon as the claim form was received by them from my Vets (a Friday) and the following Tuesday they telephoned me and advised me that the claim had been agreed and asked me how I would like the money to be paid. The adviser was very polite and able to answer all my questions. I very highly recommend The Insurance Emporium. Reviewed on: 15th July 2020
