The administration side of this insurance company was very efficient in dealing with my claim. Still find it disappointed that less than 1/3rd of the specialists fees were paid as there is a limit of £90 for a consultation. In this day and age this limit is too low and unrealistic. Excellent customer journey - start to end!

Great customer journey from taking out the initial policy right the way through to making the claim. Staff were customer focused, took personal responsibility, and made my experience painless. Easy to use and understand, and quickly responded to claim

First insurance claim ever

Sadly lost our dog to a tumour in his spleen. We had no idea it was there. Rang to make a claim on our vets bills. Had to contact them twice for a paper formatted claim form as we didn’t have a printer with our iPad. Once the forms arrived, things were sorted out pretty quick. Thanks Reviewed on: 6th August 2019

Beware

I didn’t realise there was a 15% cost after the excess- even the first claim. I assumed the 15% was for remaining treatments. It does say this in the policy but wording is slightly ambiguous I feel. Not the end of the world and I’m still glad I have the cat insured. Reviewed on: 6th August 2019

They were there for me

When my dog Gus became very ill I had to use an emergency vet over the weekend before he had surgery at my usual vets. The Insurance Emporium handled all my financial worries so I could concentrate on getting my boy better. This made a huge difference. To know, my dog could have everything he needed without me having to panic about money. At all times, they were supportive, communicated efficiently and quickly settled my claim.
