The staff are polite and kind when dealing with claims. Everything was explained fully when I took out my policy and my claim was as expected. Forms are easy to fill out and the whole process was seamless!! Reviewed on: 8th August 2019

Great customer service

I had to make a claim for surgery my dog recently needed, after just one phone call & filling out one form there was nothing left to do but let the insurance emporium take care of the claim. I received an email a few weeks later notifying me that the claim was paid direct to the vet without any hassle. Perfect service & highly recommended! Reviewed on: 8th August 2019
