Excellent service - would recommend!

Very good service from a building society where you can still get customer focused help when needed & excellent communication all round. Dealt with them over 25yrs in all as a mortgage provider & would highly recommend Reviewed on: 30th June 2023

excellent service and empathetic customer people

in the last two months i have spoke to Karen Crudgington and another whose name I did not get. Both were fantastic. They re-assured me that HRBS would come up with the right deal and it has, partly because of the organisation's values and partly because it trains people properly. I have several mortgages - one with another building - and none of them offer anything like the products or service that Hinckley provides. Unlike others, HRBS appears to have customers' interests at heart. Let me know if you want me to write or say any of this in public. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023
