Been with H&R for several years now and just remortgaged with them. It's such an easy process, and contacting the contracts team is like chatting with friends; they tell you what you need to know in an easy to understand, clear way without ant waffle. So nice to call a company that you can talk to real people. Mortgage rates always good. Our remortgage was dealt with by Simone, who was efficient and friendly and made the process quick and easy. Despite our complicated situation H&R we’re able to help us. We found them through a broker, but whenever we had to communicate with them directly they were quick to respond and very professional. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend H&R. Reviewed on: 16th September 2022
