Awful day to day online banking

I am very computer literate and am always on social media but the hsbc app has been a real bone of contention for years. The user interface is fine but it shouldn’t be so difficult to access your OWN bank account. Since upgrading my phone I have gone back to a 3 step manual sign in which in this day is so laggy. Last resort is calling to speak to someone who just does not get it. Really disappointing HSBC! Reviewed on: 6th January 2019

Local branch, great customer service, always polite and friendly, and they once rang me when concerned about unusual activity in my account very quickly after it happened (was nothing in the end) but nice to know they were on the case Reviewed on: 2nd January 2019
