Trusted Bank - Lifetime Account

I don't have any negative feedback at all. Opened my account as a "Griffin Saver" when I was a child and still going strong. I particularly enjoy the 'online chat' feature which sorts any issues quickly and effectively. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Dire

Applied for a new current account in September and was still waiting for them to open it yesterday (20 November). They couldn't give me a good reason why it was delayed and requested that I undertook a 10 mile round trip to give them my details - AGAIN!!!! Hence to say - I am not bothering with them anymore. Generally ok

Long time customers get no help

U been with them 25 years won’t give you an overdraft but can see you in hardship but charge £80 a month you explain single mum and need but help no help off them rather give new customers all there benefit Reviewed on: 13th November 2019
