So angry at HSBC. I left as they never told me if I was in my overdraft and then charged me heinous interest for being in it. First text I got from them was after I closed my account Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

Works for me

Their banking apps work, (unlike another major bank who refuse to make their app work with Android tablets. They have always been fair and understanding with us. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Be the bank that stands out for having lots of real people in their branches. I'm sick to death of spending 10 minutes paying my cash into a machine because it keeps spitting it back out because of a crease or bend or a bit of writing! More counters with humans please.
