Big mistake, poor system.

Took me months to build my bank account back on track. The company system messed it all up for me and put me back to... Took me months to build my bank account back on track. The company system messed it all up for me and put me back to where it all started and even more backward to “minus 0” on my bank account by making a big mistake. And all they have to say is “sorry”. It feels like they’ve taken my situation very lightly.. I would suggest every1 to be very careful while dealing with “Likely Loan”... Read more Read less

    Incompetent and can't be trusted.

    I was the perfect customer. I never missed a single payment in 3 years. I paid my loan of fully early and then a month... I was the perfect customer. I never missed a single payment in 3 years. I paid my loan of fully early and then a month after my account was settled I got a alert from my credit score company saying i missed February's payment. I fully paid the loan off in the middle on January. I called many times and waited on hold till the system cut me off as i was waiting so long. I received emails from Likely clearly saying I owe £zero and after I finally got someone to pick up the phone they confirmed it was a system error and should have not been sent out with false information. I have forwarded all the relevant information to the company that holds my credit details so they are aware of what this company are doing to people and their lives. I have all the emails to prove everything in this review and will happily forward it to Smart Money People so they are not asked to remove a factual review. They have clearly lied and updated the database with false information most likely because they missed a few pounds worth of interest as I settled early. Pathetic. Read more Read less
