Friendly and responsive staff. A courtesy email saying funds had been received would have been reassuring. I had to chase for written information of this. Reviewed on: 4th October 2024

Seemed difficult to transfer fixed rate bond maturity to cash ISA. Hard to make some phone called to get it done. Reviewed on: 15th May 2025
