How a bank should be !

Their opening hours are excellent, they have ‘real people’ who answer the phone for queries without a long wait and the branches in Edgware and Harrow have fab counter staff. The money box to count coins and deposit them into your account is just another way of making the ‘customer journey’ as stress free as possible. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Optimum banking experience all round !!!!

When i first changed my account it was so simple …. I went into the bank were all the staff were smart dressed and the customer service was what you would expect in a 5 star hotel . I am an ex Royal Marine with PTSD and have memory problems at times . When ever i have lost my card it was replaced with in 15 minutes of me being in the bank and due to the set up in the bank people get dealt with faster and more efficiently .Previously i was with Halifax and the service compared to Metro is nothing in comparison . I am not to good with internet and internet banking and when i made my appointment they went through it with me with patience and care and took the time to show me how it worked . I have had dealings with many off the staff and all were friendly , smart and totally customer focused . Even the decor of there banks are much better than any of there competitors spacious , nice colours and open plan . They even have no problem with my dogs with treats for them on the side . I could not recommend switching to them enough lets just say its different from your other banks on every level and I’ve been with 2 or 3 in my 53 years on earth. There staff must have superior customer service training as they genuinely care about your experience while your in there. I rarely would write a recommendation for anything but feel on this occasion i would take the time out of my day to do so before i go and walk my two chocolate labs in the forest . Good bank

I have had my account for couple of years now and i have had good experience so far .. online banking is so simple and easy to use.. as a disabled person I'm unable to go to the branch so online for me is best .. thank you Metro Bank for amazing services.. congratulations for the award. Banking made easy.

Easy and convenient service provided by Metro bank in terms of day to day banking. Starting with creating and account to getting the card and registering online banking services, everything was step by step procedure easy to follow within a small timescale. Amazing bank

Metro is an amazing bank because it deals with people like people and not numbers like many other high street banks do. This is a refreshing change to the stuffy old fashioned banks we are used to. Never had a problem with this bank. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Banking Easy as it should be

Love the flexibility of this bank. Damaged or lost your card and you just walk in branch and get it reprinted. No sweat! Got a whole pot of loose change?
