I had planned on going with another company but because Debt solutions had entered me into the agreement I was stuck. I did stress that I was unhappy at this agreement. Fast forward two years I've suffered devastating family news and declining mental health. So on my 6 monthly review which I only handed in my bank statement which was agreed with a senior administrator. Three weeks later they increased my deed by 144% percent. They want to take 65% percent of my recent payrise.. They have not taken into account my extra costs for my treatment. When I questioned this they did reduce the deed by a small amount citing the tariff is set by the government. Debt solutions is a front for Begbies Traynor. I would certainly avoid this company at all costs. I feel bullied into this agreement and being forced to out on my employment as I cant live on the pittance that's left. Please make sure you do your homework properly as I never and now facing the consequences of my poor choice. No much experience in that aspect but they should help people to be out of debt with minimal pay to pay their debt
