Best bank for our future

My partner and I only recently opened accounts at Triodos. They have been so much better than our previous bank - responsive, responsible, and safe. We're also confident that our banking is considerate and ethical. A real bank for our future. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Ethical stance.

We bank with Triodos because of their ethical stance. Their charges are less than our other current account but savings interest rates are less. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Customer service with outstanding warmth

I could not be more happy with the customer service I've received from Triodos on the telephone. I have an account with Natwest and the difference between experiences of support and general kindness and humanity are night and day. I really felt like I was speaking to a human being that cared when I spoke to Triodos. I didn't get the sense the agent was just going through the motions as I do with too many other organisations. Very good service

I've had few problems but when they occur they're dealt with on the phone by actual people who know what they're doing and can explain why they're doing it. Security feels good, with more demands to use my PIN rather than contactless than I have with other cards. Phones are answered promptly and on the few occasions I've used the secure messaging service, I've received replies quickly. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
