Customer service with outstanding warmth

I could not be more happy with the customer service I've received from Triodos on the telephone. I have an account with Natwest and the difference between experiences of support and general kindness and humanity are night and day. I really felt like I was speaking to a human being that cared when I spoke to Triodos. I didn't get the sense the agent was just going through the motions as I do with too many other organisations. Such a breath of fresh air being with Triodos and I can't wait to move all my banking to them as soon as possible Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
