The customer has to approve our invoice which sometimes slows us down in how quick we get paid, but as the chap on the phone said this means that we then never have to pay them back if the customer won't pay or goes bust. We all know that sometimes not everyone is 100% happy. They would be a lot more credible it they also showed that not satisfied customers say. Put me off using them. Read more Read less
