I particularly liked that they curate a selection of shares and themed investments for you to choose from so I could build a DIY portfolio without being totally overwhelmed by choice. Customer service has been very quick and responsive when needed. I transferred in my cash LISA from another provider and this was super easy and smooth. Some people might find the limited choice of investments available restrictive but that was a plus for me, as I would have been struck by decision paralysis otherwise. Read more Read less

    Fees are reasonable and the funds are ever expanding. I used their support team once to help move funds over and they were very proactive and helpful
