Good Customer Experience - arranging cover for a vulnerable parent

The service used through Age UK (old name Age Concern) for travel insurance has been very good. They use clear language and upon validation allowed me to assist to arrange my parent's travel cover. Their online service was very good, and followed up with knowledgeable people to respond to queries. Reviewed on: 6th September 2019
