Having explored loads of other brokers most would not take me on and those that did wanted extortionate premiums! Albert & Eddie online is well structured, and customer service always available to answer questions. The follow up on reviewing medical conditions was done in a calm, knowledgeable and professional manner .. all of which resulted in me getting an unexpected discount. I was looking for travel insurance for pre exciting medical conditions. I tried lots of other companies, and they were so expensive or would not cover conditions. The health questions were asked differently by Albert and Eddie and I feared they would be too expensive, but to my surprise they offered the best price and cover.
