He called me at 16:30 claiming that I am booked at 17:00, to which I said it's a lie, to which he said is on his timesheet. 2. I took off from work and appeared there point 17:00 to be presented with his timesheet showing times 17:00-17:15 on the left hand side of my booking slot and a 17:30 printed right next to my full name. He blatantly lied to me that my booking was for 5 pm, to which: 3. I showed him Hutcheon & Co receptionist's confirmation stating 17:15. He said he does not know any Zoe and she does not work there. 4. He couldn't answer ANY basic question. Year of construction - nothing. Are all the floors wooden? Nothing. When was the boiler last serviced? No response; at the end he found the paper showing the date. He said all these answers will be provided to me after I buy it, to which I said it is not true - information like these have to be presented beforehand. 5.
