Accident Review

While we had no actual problems with Autosaint Insurance generally when my son had an accident it all went to went, I was charged an excess of £237.00 to cancel the policy, or wait to transfer the policy but would have to pay a further £168 for another box. My sons car as written off as unisured loss, they offered us a courtesy car, which has turned out to be a credit hire car, which we could be liable for if the other insurer doesnt pay up, Autosaint are a broker and do not deal with claims, we thought we were dealing with their legal team but instead have ended up with a private solicitor who picks up their claims, and know we have been told we can be liable to recovery / storage and cost of hire car, this accident happened over two months ago, other party admitted liablity and we havent received a penny, they have taken our car away and so we have no car and are being told we could have excess payments to make , this was never ever made clear at the begining., and I am still receiving driving scores which are poor for a car we havent got !!
