Great Service

I had a really great experience working with Bright Money throughout my mortgage process. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties, and both Clementine and Nicki were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive at every stage. Clementine explained all the options clearly, helped me understand the numbers, and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions before moving forward. Nicki was excellent with updates and follow ups, keeping everything on track and making the process feel smooth and well managed. They were always quick to reply, transparent in their advice, and genuinely supportive which made a stressful process much easier.
