Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

excellent service providing good rates of exchange

Helpful and experienced staff in Spain enabled us to transfer the revenue in euros from a property sale to a UK bank account safely with no fuss or concern. Would reccommend Currencies Direct to anyone selling their property abroad because of our personal experience and the exchange rates being very competitive. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

CurrenciesDirect are a fast, efficient and convenient banking service that enable me to transfer money between Ireland and the UK on a regular basis. They provide good customer support if required. Need to top up with living expenses two or three times per year. CURRENCIES DIRECT always make this smooth and easy. The staff are very approachable and help with the nervousness that always arises when dealing with moving your hard earned pension cash around. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Pounds to Euros.

Wanted quiet a bit of pounds changing to euros for a purchase. New Year’s Eve didn’t think it would be changed before maybe the 6th January. Surprised to find that by 6pm it was changed and paid into recipients bank. Excellent service. The ladies in the office where so helpful. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

I initially set up a regular monthly transfer. This was easily done with no fuss and instantly improved on my previous arrangement with my bank. After the problems created by the referendum and subsequent brexit negotiations,I was able change to a random transfer pattern depending on rise and fall in the pound. The advice and counselling I have received throughout this period has been both comforting and rewarding. I am happy to recommend Currencies Direct to friends and family and as yet have not heard of any other companies that provide the level of guidance and help that they do, consistently.
