Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

I have found that transfering funds with currencies direct is always straight forward and very helpful staff, who are always polite and efficient. On line transactions are also simple to master, they take the hassle out of money transfers. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

We use the online service more than anything and can’t fault it. Very easy to understand and use. The times we have had to use our local office again absolutely faultless. We have only ever had one problem in all the years we have used CurrenciesDirect and that was sorted for us by our local office without any problems or stress. I used Money Transfer to pay for a motorbike bought from an American seller. It was my first time using this company and the staff were fantastic helping to make the process very smooth and easy. CD steered us through a currency conversion associated with the sale of a house in Spain and the transfer from euros to GBP’s. We will be forever grateful to their team for their expertise and guidance which ensured that we avoided losing a lot of money and they also eliminated a great deal of stress.
