Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Easy currency exchange

They do what they promise to do!

I have used three or four currency brokers but Currencies Direct are more 'user friendly ' and efficient than the others. I use a phone app or my PC and both get the money from my UK bank to my French bank with the minimum effort on my part. I prefer their system of taking a small reduction in rate rather than paying a fixed fee as commission. I see no reason to trade with others. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Fast, competent and very reliable

I had a problem on my first visit , but nothing was a problem for the ladies . They rang me later at home to confirm my transaction had been completed , and sure enough the transfer was in my account. You can’t ask for more than that . Competive rates and best execution

I regularly make Sterling to Euro transfers abroad and only use Currencies Direct now. The rates are competitive, the transfers are free and fast - same day and usually show in the destination accounts within a couple of hours. What more could you want? Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
