Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Painless currency transfers

I have a regular monthly transfer to my Spanish bank account together with ad-hoc lump sums. The process is totally hassle free and I also receive monthly confirmations, and great exchange rates. I have used Currencies Direct for money transfers for a number of years now and they have always done their best to make the transfer as quickly and smoothly as possible. I shopped around for the best currency exchange service on the web before I happened upon Currencies Direct. I was impressed with their exchange rates and their user friendly website, but what clinched it for me was the high standard of customer service, accountability and their willingness to accommodate my somewhat complicated transfer needs.
