Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

They do exactly what they advertise

We have used Currencies direct for multiple exchanges and transfers to several countries including the UK, USA and South Africa. All done in a timely manner without any hidden charges. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Fast efficient and friendly

I have only just recently started to use currency direct. I was allocated an account manager who very patiently took me through the process. I now carry out all of my transactions online and find it very easy and convenient, and of course free. I also find the updates on current exchange rates very helpful. Ultimate currency site....

I have been using CD for a couple of years now and can honestly say that they are awesome. Everything is so easy on the app and gives you a full archive message for your transfer history as well as a very competitive rate at all times. Very highly recommended.... Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Fantastic personal service

When we sold our place in Spain recently our lawyer recommended Currencies Direct as the best, friendliest people with the best prices to handle our money. What's more, they were SO local to our town (Denia) that they came on the day, waited for us at the notary's and then escorted us to an appointment they'd booked at the bank. All sorted. And then - because I wanted the money transferred that day to cash in on excellent exchange rates - they sorted this out for us direct with their London bureau, while we sat having a celebration coffee nearby. All done, and money moved within a couple of working days. Absolutely outstanding, truly stunning service from a great bunch of people. You can't beat their personal touch. A very fair exchange rate that is carried professionally and speedily

I use Currencies Direct probably three or four times each year. The amounts I transfer are not large sums by any stretch of the imagination and cover only living costs and taxes for my place in Spain. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
