Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

I have been using Currencies Direct for seven years to transfer monies each month to my foreign account. The service has been faultless and someone is always there to help you through any difficulties. The offices are open over Christmas and New Year, a vital asset. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

I have used Currencies Direct for more than 10 years. The transfers are simple ans very quick, often next day. There are no fees and the exchange rate is very good. I have had no problems at all and I have recommended them to all my friends. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Almost every transaction goes smoothly and on the few occasions where we've had a difficulty, resolution has been fast and effective. The ladies of the local shop front are friendly and helpful. I love living in Tenerife but sometimes the sheer absence of a culture of customer service is wearing. So CD is a little reminder of how things can be done properly and happily in a world of increasingly difficult international transactions for Brits (entirely the fault of the voting populace and "not in my name" but we are all tarred by the ugly brush). If only CD represented the relationship of the UK with world!! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
