Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

EFFICIENT AND EASY

Currencies Direct have always been very efficient and helpful. We have dealt with staff here in Spain and in the UK and they have all been delightful to deal with. We recently needed to transfer a large sum of money from our UK bank to our Spanish bank and they gave us very good advice and a very good exchange rate. Simple, easy, flexible and efficient

Reliable & trust worthy service, with good customer support and best value transfers.

I found Currencies Direct to be a very reliable & trust worthy service, with good customer support from the initial enquiry and quotation, through to the transaction completion date, and they offered the best value transfers from pound to euro. Very reassuring service, with the phone calls to me and dedicated manager, and all customer support staff I dealt with were friendly, they took the time to listen to me, and replied with answers which made sense and were correct and helpful. Super Friendly Currencies Direct Transfers.

Always a very fast and user friendly experience transferring money with Currencies Direct, the online app is super fast and gives the very best rates going and popping into one of the offices here on the Costa Blanca and asking a question was received with interest and a very friendly response.
