Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

I have been with Currency Direct for many years from the time when you bought your foreign exchange over the phone. Currency Direct has been brilliant over the years especially over a large transfer to the US about 8 years ago. Funds transfers are simple and the monthly transfer ensures I don't have to worry about money when in Europe (sadly not quite the same after today). Reviewed on: 31st January 2020

Brilliant offerings. Extremely easy to use website & clear email communications confirming trades/transfers. Very responsive & helpful staff. Company who responds quickly & positively to any issues when raised. Trustworthy . My money feels safe with them. I've researched other currency firms & found CD do give the best rates & if they ever have lagged behind (once), on asking them why they immediately responded positively & beat the competition thus again giving me the best exchange rate. A regular quarterly direct debit goes through to my French Bank, always on time, never a fault and when I make extra payments in between, the transactions are quick and easy. Reviewed on: 31st January 2020

Monthly transfer to Spanish bank
