Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Amazing personal assistance

When we were going to make the biggest investment of our lifetime - buying a villa in Spain - we were amazed at the personal and guided assistance that were offered to us during the whole process of sending mony abroad in batches. Our currencies direct contact rang us up and spoke in our own language and she was always available for answering questions. We felt safe all the way!
