Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

Easy & Efficient

I have been using Currencies Direct for years now and along the way have looked into competitors, just to make sure I’m getting the best service and the best transfer rates - significantly, I’ve never actually gone elsewhere! Currencies Direct works for small transfers as well as for large transfers and I’ve never been made to feel that my small transfers are any less important than those larger ones which I only do rarely! The staff are friendly and helpful when I’ve needed to contact them but as the app works so well and is easy to use, I don’t have to contact them so often these days. In the last year the transfer time has got much quicker and I’m sure it will soon be same day transfers! Well done Currencies Direct, I hope you win! Reviewed on: 5th January 2020

So helpful and responsive

My first experience of transferring funds abroad was only 18 months ago when purchasing a property in Spain. I was fortunate enough to use CurrenciesDirect and the advice and assistance I received was so helpful and informative. I had many questions and every time I was shown understanding and extreme patience. My calls were always returned promptly by my contact at that time and his colleagues were all very kind. I felt comfortable asking questions and never made to feel a nuisance, which looking back I must have been. Since then I’ve transferred money most months and the online transfers really couldn’t be any easier or speedy. I’m very grateful for their great service and fast transfers. Fast and secure

Reliable and with a friendly client service, never had an issue and managed to secure good exchange rates and lock them for e 24 hours if needed. Transfers usually done in 1 to 2 days. Reviewed on: 5th January 2020

Serious company with good communication

Recent user, I was unsure about the process of transfer abroad. I was helped step by step over the phone. Later on in another occasion there was a problem with payment for transfer, I was called very fast and we could sort out the problem straight away. Very good to be able to speak with a human being. Always helpful

i have tried the rest now i have the best

I moved to Portugal 13 years ago and needed a transfer company after trying many firms who said they could complete transfers on the same day and with low commission (which I soon found out they could not) a friend of mine recommended Currencies Direct they came to my house set up the contract gave me a adviser to help me and I have been with them for many years and get my money on the same day every month I pay a very low commission Thank you Currencies Direct for a professional service Reviewed on: 5th January 2020
