Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Trustworthy and efficient

The first issue any customer thinks about when it comes to money and money needed in sometimes essential change is trust. I’ve been in the financial and IT world all my life and used Currencies Direct for transfers for overseas property purchase and ongoing costs. The rate of exchange is excellent, service speedy and reliable and their mobile phone app is really simple to use once you have undergone their registration process. I have been with currency Direct for some 6 - 8 months now and on every occasion i have used them they have been excellent. No worry transfers!

We have used Currencies Direct for the past 5 and a half years at least once a month. We have never had a problem. Our first experience was at a time that was very stressful for us, moving abroad. But the staff at CD made everything seem so easy and dealt with a big transfer with patience and confidence. Exchange rate is always very good, the transfers are always fast, if advise needed the staff are very helpful . Always confident that you get top advise from very efficient staff.
