However upon submitting my application I was surprised to learn that Deko or Pay4later as they are known- placed my application under review… they then later responded asking for all the same information that I had filled in on my application.. claiming that they could not find a credit file for me.! I have been registered on the electoral register for many years at the address I have lived at for over 16 years, have credit cards and a car loan… I find it very odd indeed and not at all believable. It’s fair to say they are incompetent and have mishandled my application. I am lodging an FCA complaint and alerting trading standards of their sharp practices as this fiasco has left me with a hard search on my credit file for no good reason!!
