Citibank N.A clearly states that they do not charge anything for incoming transfers. I'm not sure why intermediary banks need to be involved for such a prominent bank like Citibank N.A. * Though the amount shown in the website was slightly higher than that of other providers, what was finally remitted was almost equal to that of what the other leading providers had promised. * Other leading providers fix the exchange rate. I liked the platform and I'm happy to pay the 0.2 percentage fee but you never get the true bank rate. I wish I could have purchased on the Halifax Clarity card as the rate would have saved me a few thousand on the payment transaction.
