Then they started accepting loads more loan applications and then all the defaults started to happen. Lots of money was being written off as the debt couldn't be paid. I have been trying to get money out for over 18 months now and i have only been able to recoup 1/3 of my total balance so far, my money sitting in there is losing value. I did recommend funding circle to friends and family and they all now have money locked into FC and no idea if or when they might ever get their money back. They were OK, but really shouldn't have loaned the money.
