They're not the cheapest but certainly not the dearest and the application and funding processes were straightforward.

Funding Circle Credit card product is woeful support

Funding Circle Credit card product is woefully inadequately supported, unlike their loan product arm. Their user interface is in Beta and functionality and information gaps... Their customer service is very unresponsive. 6 weeks plus (and still counting) for ours accounts team to be authorised to deal with FC. Credit limits review process is a notes of a request on Excel and not ability to talk to the credit team or even find out when that review will be. Other edits on the web portal have to be emailed in, and those requests also get ignored. Avoild the new FC credit card. They simply have not got thei service ready. Read more Read less

    Poor returns and illiquid

    They move the goal posts regularly with what is allowed / what is happening to your debt. The returns are well below what you woud...     Total disregard for their investors

    Personal guarantees only. Totally worthless in the hands of FC. They are not transparent, they treat investors like dirt. They just give your money away.... Personal guarantees only.     Loyal customer feeling unloved..

    I started lending with funding circle in about 2016, the product was great and the returns as an invest was pretty lucrative. Then they started... I started lending with funding circle in about 2016, the product was great and the returns as an invest was pretty lucrative. Then they started accepting loads more loan applications and then all the defaults started to happen. Lots of money was being written off as the debt couldn't be paid. I have been trying to get money out for over 18 months now and i have only been able to recoup 1/3 of my total balance so far, my money sitting in there is losing value. I did recommend funding circle to friends and family and they all now have money locked into FC and no idea if or when they might ever get their money back. Such a shame as it's a great concept and idea but excited poorly. Read more Read less

    Started off well but went bad very quickly

    I started lending with funding circle in about 2016, at first it went well as in I was making a little money through interest but... I started lending with funding circle in about 2016, at first it went well as in I was making a little money through interest but as soon as they changed their model in 2018 it went downhill very rapidly, they were lending to anybody who asked them and their due diligence test were a joke, pretty soon they had more defaults than they were letting on, hence they money coming in quickly turned negative and so I tried to sell up but with anything it will take time to get out, hopefully with a couple of pennies in front Read more Read less

    Poor performance and slow withdrawals!

    Been trying to withdraw funds since last July with very little progress made after 6 months. Withdrawing funds because of disappointing performance.

    Seems like a great platform.

    Ive had a bit of money stashed away for a while and it seems to be making far more in interest than any high street...
