Funding Circle Credit card product is woeful support

Funding Circle Credit card product is woefully inadequately supported, unlike their loan product arm. Their user interface is in Beta and functionality and information gaps are lacking. Their customer service is very unresponsive. 6 weeks plus (and still counting) for ours accounts team to be authorised to deal with FC. Credit limits review process is a notes of a request on Excel and not ability to talk to the credit team or even find out when that review will be. Other edits on the web portal have to be emailed in, and those requests also get ignored. Avoild the new FC credit card. They simply have not got thei service ready. Reviewed on: 13th July 2026
