They made my dream Paris apartment happen

It is safe to say without the speed efficiency and expertise of Felicity at IPF I would not have been able to buy my apartment in Paris. Even when I was persuading the estate agent in my GCSE French that I was good for the money, I asked him to call Felicity in London and in her fluent French persuaded him I was not just another holiday maker, but had finances arranged for a swift completion, and removed any suspicion they had about me. Easy, clear and efficient service

Absolutely first class service!

Five years ago we bought our home in France which wasn’t an easy thing to do as we already had two mortgages in the UK. However, we were expertly guided by the team at IPF to successfully choose and purchase the correct product. I’d never given any positive feedback to a bank before but the staff were so professional, friendly and thoroughly pleasant to deal with, that once the mortgage was secured, I found myself sending two particular members of staff flowers and chocolates to say thank you! The team at IPF thoroughly deserve this award as I’ve never before and never since come across a banking organisation which is as first class as them. And if I ever needed finance again I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them, or to recommend them to others. They completely exceeded my expectations and I wish the team good luck in the awards. A great, quick, understanding, efficient, polite and comprehensive international mortgage service.

We needed a mortgage to assist in financing a french property. International Private Finance came highly recommended. After a short email exchange we met Jo Cowling in her London Office and she set up the best mortgage for our circumstances in a very short time. Efficient, polite, friendly, and explanatory.
