Great service, great price

I have been using Just Travel for over 15 years as they provide the right cover at a great cost for me and my family.... I have been using Just Travel for over 15 years as they provide the right cover at a great cost for me and my family. My daughter has a number of health issues and Just Travel have been able to provide the right level of insurance to give peace of mind when travelling abroad. The service is excellent, I’d definitely recommend to anyone. Read more Read less

Steer clear of this company

While on holiday in Turkey my partner had a fall and in addition to head and body injuries suffered a dislocated shoulder. Contacted emergency number... While on holiday in Turkey my partner had a fall and in addition to head and body injuries suffered a dislocated shoulder. Contacted emergency number and then followed all of the instructions. Paid for scans, medication and policy excess whilst on holiday but trying to recover tgese is a nightmare, even with all receipts, e mails from emergency service, hospital report and photographic evidence of the injuries they are still disputing the claim.They use every excuse saying they did not receive certain documents despite these being sent. When you resend they start again from the beginning. Will no doubt finish up with the Ombudsman service. Best advice is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company is not really wirth 1 star and would not recommend them to an enemy. Read more Read less
