Slow speed

Unclear instructions with transactions of larger sums, resulting in delayed payment. Poor coordination between teams--lack of motivation on the part of staff resulting in a lot of ringing around as poor email reply etiquette. Reviewed on: 27th November 2020

A blackmailing typical Asian company.

Keep a hold of your money and sent email asking personal questions, bank statement and proof of ID just to delay the transaction so they can earn interest. Reviewed on: 25th June 2019

Theives 10 Days STILL NO REFUND

10 days after failed transfer with refund requested over 21 Times... There is still NO REFUND Reviewed on: 27th December 2017

Fraudsters Avoid At all Costs

Fraudulent company.. so money transfer,, took 4 days to send an instant trgansfer,,, Took 12 calls and 27 emails to get my money back,,, which took 5 days to refund.... AVOID AT ALL COST !!!! My Response To Their Lying Reply Below : I am writing this further because of Lycaremit shabby reply. They keep your Money.. with others and invest it for days.. Without sending or transferring it ANYWHERE. Even though you've emailed and called 21 ample times that I want my money BACK. Which has still not happened after 5 days as they then require you to collect it and move it your self on their site from Wallet an then YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM ADDITIONAL AGAIN TO ONCE AGAIN RE-REQUEST A REFUND.. That you have requested already verbally and in written format . This company is a joke FRAUDSTERS and a bunch of thieves. AVOID AT ALL COST By the way 6 days after agreeing refund I have received NOTHING BACK IN FORMAL OF REFUND. And 21 emails IGNORED. Reviewed on: 21st December 2017
