The level of communication, customer service and overall handling of my application fell far below the standard I would expect from a professional financial services provider. I experienced unnecessary delays, poor communication, additional costs and considerable frustration throughout the process. My concerns were not handled with the urgency, clarity or professionalism I expected, and I felt seriously let down as a customer. I ultimately had to pursue the dispute myself through formal complaint channels. The overall experience caused significant inconvenience and financial disruption, which could have been avoided with better communication and more effective customer service.
