Review of the MT Finance, Specialist Loan:

stay away- they are terrible

My experience with MT Finance was extremely disappointing. The level of communication, customer service and overall handling of my application fell far below the standard I would expect from a professional financial services provider. I experienced unnecessary delays, poor communication, additional costs and considerable frustration throughout the process. My concerns were not handled with the urgency, clarity or professionalism I expected, and I felt seriously let down as a customer. I ultimately had to pursue the dispute myself through formal complaint channels. The overall experience caused significant inconvenience and financial disruption, which could have been avoided with better communication and more effective customer service. Based on my experience, I would not use MT Finance again and would strongly advise others to consider their options carefully before choosing this company. Reviewed on: 6th October 2026
