After talking to their medical emergency team they arranged to extend our isolation in our hotel with them (post office) sorting this out. When we got home after my very very serious illness. We’re told we didn’t have a claim due to not going to a doctor!! Disgusting company disgusting way to treat me and my wife. Had car insurance with them and my car had fire, after the incident they not very helpful with the claim and it took 10days to get curtesy car. the car was written off by the provider, 6 month later they renew the insurance for written off car without my concern. the worst service providers. when I contact them to talk about the matter, they cancelled the policy and charged me for the cancellation.
