From start to finish the process was what one would hope for. Efficient. Ease of application Not long drawn out leaving you hanging on. Explanation given each step of process. Thorough checks followed by funds being deposited almost immediately after decision made. Staff are courteous,, polite and understanding of needs of customer. Truly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zopa to anyone feeling unsure or little anxious regarding applying as we often are. No need to be. Just do it. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025
