I contacted them by email with a straight forward query. I received a reply that was quite unfriendly stating what I had agreed to and what summary box I had ticked when making the application. The tone of the email was one of talking down and lecturing what I had agreed. Their money depositing is cumbersome too. I don’t know how long I will keep my account, but I am not impressed. Their customer service staff need to learn how to respond appropriately. I was not complaining about the two days it is held, I was asking why funds that showed transferred in can’t be moved as the response on the website stated there was no funds in the transaction account, but there was.
