Competitive and helpful, but don't be stung on renewal!

Bank of Scotland offers competitive prices for car insurance, but like others, they do have a tendency to put prices up after a year, although this time I found them helpful in matching a better quote I'd got elsewhere. They send your renewal information in a paper format which is unusual, and I'd prefer to have it electronically to save paper and the environment. But overall, they are easy to deal with and helpful. Straightforward and great value for money

The registration process was simple and straightforward, and the value for money is exceptional compared to other providers I considered. The website has a friendly, approachable, and informative feel. I'm lucky enough not to have had to claim, but I've seen great ratings online for their customer service so I feel like I would be in safe hands. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2024
