I've had great customer service

L&C Mortgages provided a smooth, helpful and cost‑effective service, with clear advice, good communication and a wide range of lenders, all without charging a broker fee. Although there were occasional delays and the online portal felt a bit rigid at times, the overall experience was positive, straightforward and something I’d be comfortable recommending.
