still best for interest

If you have some saving and direct debits(most people have them) this account is still the best to beat any inflation. 1.50% interest rate plus cashback on your direct debit which most of time breaks even with the account fee of £5. They let me down this time

I have been very happy with direct line but lately I was very disappointed the way they are dealing with my claim. Lack of communication and I am feeling being ignored by the company. There is no way to make an official complaint on their website and after staying on line I was told to write an email to ....company who knows what??!!! they are offering a decent service but in my opinion it is far too expensive for what you really get. You can access the same basic service by having a Barclaycard credit card and paying nothing. It would be better if the prices would reflect the service provided. Mark Reviewed on: 7th May 2016

Best cash back credit card

I have been using nationwide credit for few years now and I can say this is the best cash back credit card on market. It gives some incentive if you are new customer and then 0.50% whixh sounds like little but it adds a lot in a year. I have received £100 last year. The customer service is superb.
