Review of the Total Travel Protection, Travel Insurance:

Smooth purchase, a little less so when making a claim.

Very simple and smooth process when purchasing insurance from Total Travel Protection. Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday at the last minute on medical grounds. The claim was handled by International Medical Group Ltd on behalf of TTP. There was some delay at first because IMG asked for a medical declaration from our GP which I had already provided. However, once I had pointed this out, the claim was processed, albeit a little slowly, with the end result being a full payment. Apart from this, I would happily recommend Total Travel Protection.
