IIncredibly inflexible & unhelpful. They only communicate on their terms & at their convenience. They wrote to me in July when I was out of the country for a prolonged period. Instead of messaging me to ask me to get in touch they sent a 2nd letter threatening to close my account if I did not contact them. I did eventually manage to speak to someone (after 2 separate x 15 minute waits). The matter turned out to be something fairly minor & didn’t merit a threat. The customer service guy didn’t listen to what I told him. I told him to re-send documents for signing. Two days after this I discovered that payments due on my business card had been refused by the bank … coincidence? It’s Sunday. I tried phoning their fraud department but having gone through the interminable “press this”, & citing “suspicious activity on my account” as the reason for the call & the automated voice said: “Fraud on your account. The office is now closed”. Well, that’s all right then, I feel my money is in safe hands here. NOT. Reviewed on: 15th September 2024
